Consumer & B2B PR experience

Based in Surrey, I am a PR and copywriting professional with 20 years experience across the travel, consumer, charity and retail industries, both consumer and B2B.

After completing a Masters degree in ‘Media & Communications’ at London’s Goldsmith College – I headed straight into the London PR scene and spent five years working for two London agencies on variety of travel and consumer clients, before moving in-house to work for homeless charity, Crisis and then entertainment and ISP, Virgin.net.

After a very rewarding six months as media officer for the ‘London Open Christmas’ for Crisis over the Winter 1999/2000, I spent two years working at Virgin.net as their PR manager (and yes I did meet Sir Richard Branson on a couple of occasions!), before taking a career break to sample the many delights of travelling around South & Central America, and Mexico for nine months.
