To give prospective clients an idea of how cost-effective it can be to employ a freelancer direct (rather than through a recruitment agency) I have listed below my current schedule of rates. These are not cast in stone and are negotiable depending on the number of days per month.

Daily consultancy fee (client's office) £350 per day

Daily consultancy fee (off site) £300 per day

Press release writing £175 (up to two pages)

Press release writing and media email distribution £225*

Copywriting from 50p per word for features

Brochure copywriting priced per brochure depending on words/pages

Editing/proof reading £35 per hour

*If client does not have their own media list, there may be an additional cost to buy in a media list from an external company.
